The United States extended its deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the flash floods in the Rasuwa district of Nepal. The State Department is deploying a disaster response advisor and providing $500,000 in assistance through Catholic Relief Services.
The aid supports emergency shelter, relief items, and water, sanitation, and hygiene assistance for affected communities.
